Ugandan socialite Shanitah Namuyimbwa, popularly known as Bad Black, has spoken candidly about her recovery after undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), revealing that she is still unable to sit comfortably or use the restroom normally as her body continues to heal.

Speaking during an appearance on Kasuku Live, Bad Black was seen avoiding sitting directly on a chair. She explained that she is strictly following medical advice as she recovers from the cosmetic procedure.

Her comments come after weeks of speculation on social media, where fans expressed concern over her noticeable physical transformation and questioned her health following her absence from the public eye.

Addressing the rumors, Bad Black dismissed claims that she was facing a medical emergency. She clarified that the discomfort she is experiencing is a normal part of the recovery process after choosing to undergo elective cosmetic surgery as part of the body transformation she unveiled earlier in 2026.

A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a cosmetic procedure that involves removing fat from areas such as the abdomen, thighs, or flanks through liposuction and transferring it to the buttocks to enhance their shape and volume.

Medical experts generally advise BBL patients to avoid sitting directly on their buttocks for several weeks after surgery. This precaution helps protect the transferred fat cells, promotes proper healing, and improves the chances of achieving the desired results.

Despite the challenges, Bad Black appeared optimistic about her recovery, assuring fans that she is healing well and looking forward to fully enjoying the results of her body makeover once the recovery period is complete.
