Crysto Panda, the beloved former host of NTV Uganda’s popular teen show T-Nation, has finally revealed the reasons behind his quiet departure from the station in 2022. Speaking in an interview with YouTuber Allan Cruz, Panda clarified that he was not fired but left amid a period of administrative restructuring at NTV. “They talked to the producer and told me they wanted to revamp. They didn’t fire me,” he explained.
However, Panda hinted at deeper internal issues within the station’s management. Despite being one of the highest-paid presenters, earning a substantial salary for just one hour of work, he sensed resentment from some senior staff. “I even eavesdropped on one of my bosses in the production room talking about my salary and how they felt bad about it,” Panda disclosed.
