Kampala, Uganda – For years, rumors have circulated, linking actress Fauziah Nakiboneka, best known for her role in The Ebonies, to Sam Bagenda, aka Dr. Bbosa, a founding member of the iconic drama group. However, Nakiboneka is finally speaking out to set the record straight.
In a recent interview, Nakiboneka vehemently denied any romantic involvement with Dr. Bbosa, dismissing the rumors as “baseless” and “groundless.” Addressing the whispers that have long haunted her personal life, the actress emphasized that such stories were nothing but fabrications.

"I have been married for many years, and my husband is not concerned with these rumors. We both know Dr. Bbosa well, and we have a longstanding relationship with him and his family," Nakiboneka stated.
She went on to clarify that both she and her husband, along with Dr. Bbosa and his spouse, share a close friendship that dates back many years. According to Nakiboneka, the connection between their families is genuine, and there is no room for misunderstanding.
While she acknowledged that the public loves to spin their own narratives, she stressed that there is no need to engage with baseless gossip. “We know the truth, and so do our families. There is no need to respond to rumors because doing so only gives them more attention,” she explained.
Nakiboneka’s statements echo her longstanding position of privacy and respect for her family, as she continues to focus on her career and the more meaningful aspects of her personal life.
