Ugandan media personality Haffy Powers has taken aim at men who rely on filters, and she did not hold back.
While hosting Morning Xpress with Adam Kungu on Sanyuka TV, Haffy questioned why men feel the need to enhance their looks digitally instead of focusing on the basics.
According to her, men should keep things simple and real, arguing that appearance should come down to hygiene, grooming, and lifestyle, not camera tricks.
A man needs to only physically look good. You are not supposed to add enhancements. Shower, wear your deodorant, wear your perfume, wash your clothes, wear clean clothes, trim your hair, shave your beard, smell good, eat well, go to the sauna, go to the gym. That is enough. Have money.

She stressed that the only filter a man needs is money and urged men to leave beauty filters for women.
The only filter a man needs is money. Only!
Her remarks, which mixed humor with criticism, quickly got people talking, especially as filters continue to shape how people present themselves online.
But is her take valid, or are filters simply a feature for everyone?
The only filter that a man needs is money. Well said @iamhaffypowers .#SanyukaMorningXpress #SanyukaUpdates #FfeBannoDdala pic.twitter.com/Z5Ye03sbUj
