Ugandan music icon Jose Chameleone has threatened to sue Veteran journalist Josephat Sseguya over claims that a DNA test allegedly revealed one of his five children is not biologically his.
The allegations, which have been circulating publicly, have been firmly denied by the Leone Island boss, who described them as false, malicious, and highly damaging to both his reputation and his family.
Speaking about the matter, Chameleone dismissed the reports as baseless rumors, insisting that he has never undertaken any DNA test involving his children. He maintained that all five of his children are biologically his and questioned where the claims originated.
The singer also expressed disappointment that such allegations were publicly discussed, saying he could not understand why Josephat Sseguya would spread what he considers misinformation without credible evidence.
Determined to protect his name and family, Chameleone revealed that he is prepared to pursue legal action, stating that the courts are the appropriate place to resolve what he believes are defamatory claims.
The dispute has since generated widespread debate on social media, with fans and followers closely watching to see whether Josephat Sseguya will respond to the legal threat or clarify the allegations.
As of now, Josephat Sseguya has not publicly commented on Chameleone’s accusations or the singer’s intention to seek legal redress. The story continues to attract significant public attention as developments unfold.
